Since September 11, 2001, those of us in the United States have been on constant alert to turmoil. There is unrest in the Middle East and other parts of the world that we cannot control. But, what about the peace that we can control? How peaceful are our own surroundings? And what part do we play in that peace? How peaceful are our homes? How peaceful are our churches? How peaceful are our jobs? How peaceful are our marriages, or our relationships with family members and others?
